Penny & Sunny Smith Memorial Endowment Fund

Penny Smith was an amazing woman and a positive force in our community. She adopted Sunny, a young puppy who survived parvo, from the Verde Valley Humane Society in June of 2020 and the two were inseparable.

In Penny’s honor, the Verde Valley Humane Society has created the Penny and Sunny Smith Memorial Fund. Donations to the fund, which can be made online anytime, will help provide care for homeless and unwanted pets in the Verde Valley, a cause near and dear to Penny’s heart.

The Penny and Sunny Smith Memorial Fund is an endowment fund managed by the Arizona Community Foundation.
